DIY: brush guard / funda para brochas

A good makeup brushes can last us a long time if we know how to look after plus wash at least once a month ( Once a week is a better opcion) you need something to keep them from losing their shape, for this reason and after saw this idea on pinterest I found these brush guards to help you achieve this. here I teach you how to make it. By the way I also record the proceedings and you can see it on youtube! .. this is the first video to inaugurate the channel, I hope you like it!

Unas buenas brochas de maquillaje pueden durarnos mucho tiempo si sabemos como cuidarlas, además de lavarlas por lo menos una vez al mes (aunque yo te recomiendo que sea por semana) necesitas algo para evitar que pierdan su forma, es por eso que en una búsqueda por internet encontré estas fundas que te ayudan a lograrlo, pero aquí te enseño como hacerlas de una manera fácil y económica. Les dejo el procedimiento en fotos o si lo prefieren pueden verlo tambien por Youtube! :) Con este video estrenamos el canal y espero que les sea de gran ayuda si es que no me supe explicar bien con las fotitos jiji

You need:

• Pack garlic or onion
• Needle and thread
• Rule
• Pen 
• Scissors

Necesitas:

• Paquete de ajo o cebolla
• Hilo y aguja
• Regla
• Bolígrafo
• Tijeras

The first thing you have to do is clean the pack and let it dry. You can use de rule and do a rectangle with this size 1.5 cm x 9 cm or You can get the mesh into the handle of the brush and cut according to the width.

Lava muy bien la malla y deja secar. Puedes utilizar una regla y medir 1.5cm de ancho y 9 cm de largo o meter la malla en el palo de la brocha y cortarlo de acuerdo al ancho.

After cutting, you have to sew with needle and thread and it's done!

Después de cortarlo, con hilo y aguja cose perfectamente para que no te quede flojito. 

That's all! Now when you wash your brushes, you can put them and let them dry without danger that they are full of germs and lose their shape.

Listo! Ahora después de lavar tus brochas puedes meterlas y dejarlas que se sequen sin peligro de que se llenen de gérmenes y pierdan su forma. Puedes hacer de otro tamaños
